On May 12, 2015 we will begin converting your email accounts to another email system. We are having to make this change because Google is no longer going to provide email services to ISPs for use by their subscribers

Please note that we will NOT be moving contacts and calendars that you have stored in the current mail system. You will need to export those from the current system prior to May 12, 2015 so you can import them into your email client or into the new Webmail system. Also, if you have any Google documents or other information, you will need to save those to your computer, or share them with a personal Gmail account.

Below are the new settings for your email:

POP3 setting - mail.skcable.net
SMTP setting - mail.skcable.net
PORT - 587 (This is used for authentication)

Note: If you are using .com in your email settings, use the following:

POP3 setting - mail.skcable.com
SMTP setting - mail.skcable.com
PORT - 587 (This is used for authentication)

If you are using IMAP, you will select IMAP. Your incoming (IMAP) mail server is mail.sxmcablenet.com and your outgoing (SMTP) mail server is also mail.sxmcablenet.com using port 587 to authenticate.

Online mail is available at webmail.skcable.net using your browser.

If you need assistance with the transition, you can contact our Technical Support staff 24 hours a day at 1-888-394-4772

We appreciate your patience as we go through these email changes.
